• Monthly wagering: at least €20 wagered within the calendar month of a withdrawal request.
• Dormant accounts: 180 days without login can mark an account inactive, with a €5 monthly fee under rules 6.18, capped at the remaining balance.
• Withdrawal method: the method requested is not guaranteed under rules 6.10 and depends on verified identity and payment ownership.
